Elisabeth is a Family Nurse
Practitioner who provides health care to all ages. She received her BA in
English from UNH in 1981 and her RN in 1985. Prior to receiving her Family Nurse
Practitioner and Master’s degrees from the University of Southern Maine in 1997,
she spent thirteen years as an RNC at Frisbie Memorial Hospital in Labor and
Delivery and Pediatrics.
While at Frisbie Hospital, Ms. Robinson helped to design and implement the
outreach education program which entailed childbirth, infant care, sibling and
breast feeding classes. She also became a certified instructor of Neonatal
Resuscitation and Perinatal Continuing Education. In 1990, she became certified
in Infant Massage and brought this practice to the Seacoast. She has worked
successfully with over one thousand infants-many with colic.
In November 1999, she became a certified Herbalist after completing a program
led by Rosemary Gladstar and Donna Bryant. She is the founder and owner of Pear
Tree Herbals.
Elisabeth and her husband, Jeffrey, have three children, Marta, Eli and Duncan.
They share their home with a variety of animals. She enjoys any outdoor sport,
the arts, watercolor painting, hiking and camping and is a founding member of
the Seacoast Waldorf Association
