WHOLE LIFE HEALTH CARE WELCOMES

FAMILY NURSE PRACTITIONER MARY LAMSTEIN

Whole Life Health Care family practice announces the newest provider to its Integrative Team of Conventional and Holistic Healthcare Professionals.

When Whole Life Health Care opened its doors more than 10 years ago, the mission of the seacoast based practice was clear; Provide exceptional Healthcare in an exceptional environment and build strong patient/provider relationships. With more than 20 years of experience in Family Medicine Mary “Mara” Lamstein is being enthusiastically ushered into the next chapter of her healthcare career. “Mara has a strong reputation for her extensive background in integrative medicine and we couldn’t be more thrilled to have her joining our team” said Amy Coombs, owner of Whole Life Health Care in Newington.  For the past 18 years Lamstein has been practicing at Kittery Family Practice where she has been fortunate to work with a talented and committed group of providers. “It’s always been a life-long dream of mine to work at in Integrative practice” said Lamstein,  “So when opportunity to move to Whole Life materialized, it just felt right..”

Lamstein is Board Certified in Family Medicine and holds a BS in Nursing from UNH.  She received her Masters of Science in the Nurse Practitioner program at Simmons College in Boston.  While at Kittery Family practice, her approach to considering “the whole patient” appealed to a large audience, to the point where she had to close her schedule. This move to Whole Life will not only provide her current patients with more integrative options, it will also allow Mara to accept new patients.

With a little more than a week to go there is a lot of anxious anticipation and energy at Whole Life. “I’ve known Mara for a while, Said Coombs, “We share a similar philosophy and patient / provider perspective that compliments our integrative approach to healthcare”

Lamstein officially joins established providers; Amy Coombs APRN, Elisabeth Robinson, APRN and Patricia Ford, APRN on December 13th to   Current patients of Mara’s are welcome to stay in her care at Whole Life Health Care by calling 603-431-6677 to set up an appointment.

Whole Life Health Care is an integrative group of more than 20 practitioners, who provide a combination of both conventional and complementary evidenced based medicine.  The approach is to address the biological, psychological, social and spiritual aspects of health & illness.
